When will my payment be effective?
Your payment is effective on the date you submit it.
What if I change my mind after I made the charge?
If you pay your bill by credit card or debit card and later reverse the transaction, you may be subject to penalties, interest, and other fees imposed by Outsider's Property Maintenance for nonpayment ,late payment or collections. If you overpay, we will issue you a refund. All refunds are processed within 2 weeks of overpay. You may also opt to have your overpay applied as a credit towards your next bill.
